Over the years, I have expanded my specializations to include support for anxiety, depression, workplace & relationship issues, family conflict, perinatal & parenting support, living with chronic conditions, and more — all from a trauma-informed perspective.
In addition to my degree and certifications, my work in hospice palliative settings has inspired me to provide specialized support for people facing life-limiting illness, the dying, grieving, and their families.
In all my work, I value people as individuals: their stories, loves, values and wisdom. I also advocate to improve practices and systems to better support what's important in life, at the end of life, and after.
